I was the crew chief of the C-5, 84-0059 that crashed at Dover on 3 April 2006 from 1994-1997. I am presently a C-5 Loadmaster assingned to Travis AFB. I am also a member and on the board of advisors for the Airlift/Tanker Association which Col. USAF (Ret) Bud Traynor is also a member. Bud and Pam Traynor are great friends and we communicate often.
